Mulling the Failed Amazon Deal

The Amazon/New York debacle is very neatly tied to the education our young people are getting in our institutions of “higher learning”.. The left-ward PLUNGE into anti-capitalism by our universities is a rude awakening for many Americans. The Marxist  atmosphere that hangs like a pall over our colleges is indeed a “portable phantasm” and AOC is merely the point-man of things to come as a toxic socialist agenda becomes the crusade of many who are being processed through our houses of higher learning.

If it occurs to me, it is real. Such is the clarion call to arms for those who defend the “soft racism” that is the very essence  of the Democratic  “poor baby” plantation  foisted on the black population. They “Sweeten the Cool- Aid” every now and again to bolster the false hope of those who have been spiritually crippled by the over coddling of their supposed mentors in the Democratic party.

Ambitious, motivated, self-starters need not apply at the gates of the “poor baby” plantation. They would befoul the sickly sweet atmosphere of a black nation laying fallow under years of others-blaming. 

A FAILING STATE

Venezuela is closing border and hijacking food shipments meant to ease the suffering of the Venezuelan  people. This tactic of using hunger as a control devise was used in a similar fashion by Somali warlords during the period of the “Blackhawk Down” incident. Along with the food shipments that are being held is a large portion of megalomaniacal paranoia about the shipments being the first move in an American invasion.

It is interesting to note that the embattled Maduro is broadcasting from the middle of one of the largest military bases in Venezuela. Such a cloistering in the arms of the military speaks to the dangerous volatility of the present situation. It begs the question; “Why do socialist régimes invariably end with brutal suppression of the population?”

When the Victim is King

The strange phenomena of victimhood as a thrust for power has reared it irritatingly whiney head in this case. It is not a rare event. But that doesn’t make it any less irritating. It appears to have a strong presence in the women’s movement and civil rights movement. Perhaps we have, in our desire to heal all wounds, and be oh! so! nice! to those who have had it rough in the past, rewarded facile endeavors as  enterprise with inherent worth where it has not a jot of objective value.  Again another performer, physically mature, but emotionally, 13 or 14 years of age, is caught in the headlights……..  while we ask why.

Lara Logan has a lot of street creds. Which she earned by multiple long term engagements in Afghanistan and other rather hairy places. Then why is she talking about losing her career as a journalist?  the #Me Too’s aren’t tracking her and the pink purloiners must have a headache. But she does find herself on the wrong end of the converstation about bias in the media. Like a bear trying to hide behind a twig, the mainstream news outlets don’t want to hear it and refuse to admit it true that the news establishment wants to deny it as false……or else. MSM is biased in favor of the left!

WATCH FOR ROT FROM WITHIN

In my youth we had an enemy. We could point at him and we knew which direction to go. Now we point our fickle fingers at ourselves. For American socialism to work, white men must bear the burden of guilt, and African Americans must bear the burden of blindness to the truth.  Because someone told us to. The loss of the fight with congress over the wall hit me hard. I feared President Trump might lose some support from disheartened supporters. This was disturbing, I felt compelled to offer  this personal note. To you, my little sub-group of concerned folks. Please stand behind the man we chose to shovel out the swamp and save our Republic from itself. DONALD TRUMP

In my 63 years I have lived through  the days of a the nuclear “Sword of Damocles”  suspended above all that I did and aspired to..  In a world where the wrong move could  scrub a the surface of the planet clean of all life, you learn about international politics. With proxy wars and lots of spying the two great nuclear powers fought to promote two opposing philosophies….Communism VS Capitalism. After watching riots in the streets, and our soldiers spit on rather than given tickertape parades, I learned something about domestic discord.

BUT I have never been more frightened for the future of the republic than I am now. The recipe for the dissolution of the United States is falling into place. As the African American community are awakening from the long dream of the “Great Society” promised by Lyndon Johnson. More and more blacks are joining the ranks of conservatives who see the welfare state an unnecessary if not destructive to our country and commensurately, our personal destinies.  The “great society” almost destroyed the African American family, paying women to eliminate fathers from the family unit, and offering the government as primary breadwinner. Truth be told the cash isn’t enough and is looked upon as just another monetary tributary to be added to other sources by many recipients.This shortfall is a springboard for the black market in dope slinging, perpetual yard sales and a brisk business in under the table work in carpentry, landscaping etc. etc.

Please discourage breeding

THIS IS ME, JOHN. I WRITE THIS POST AS MY CONTRIBUTION TO THE FIGHT FOR THE SOLE OF AMERICA.

Of course some of the burden can be alleviated by having more children and accessing the funds and services that  are offered.  But it isn’t enough. It never has been.

Seeing the handwriting on the wall and smelling blood in the water, the left is in a fight with POTUS Trump over the next population of Democratic voters. The flood of immigrants crossing our border from the south offer a large population of un-enfranchised people, ripe to lie fallow while accepting goodies from the left.

The issues are manifold, no single issue drives the change. But the critical combination of cherry-picked  education and vigorous socialist programming by the same failed educators has created this toxic, bitter, mob that has failed to grow up. We have countless bachelors degrees in the possession of people who can barely read their diploma. From kindergarten up we have a long gauntlet of socialist cheerleading with precious little educating going on.  The fruit of the lefts labors, ripened, and the millennial, in search of a perfect world,  chants Socialism! Socialism!  as it spills from the socio-educational womb of the first 12 years and into the edgy world of advanced idiopathic socio-education, (college).  Of course they are chanting quite a bit, staring at the ceiling while lying on their parents couch. Till they are 30.

THIS IS MY WIFE, PARDTNER AND BEST FRIEND, DEB. SHE IS PICTURED HERE HONING HER SKILLS.

I enjoy the shows that feature QA segments at colleges. It just does my heart good to hear so many hip, slick and quick undergraduates who can’t tell you the decade  WWII  was fought in, or what war did Abraham Lincoln have to fight? The lions share of answers to the most idiotic questions  are answered wrong. It is really embarrassing.

 

 

 

 

Dan the Man and the Cortez Plan

Alexandria Ocasio Cortez is a plebe in congress full of piss and vinegar as she bounces her youthful hubris in front of any available camera. Her pie in the sky revelations for the perfect society and the perfect future for this country are a point of high comedy to those who have a functioning  neo cortex. She says In a decade we dismantle the oil based economy to make room for the electric cars and such. Air travel will be banned and  the air industry dismantled, ALL would be given a base wage, even unto the point that the recipient of this booty is openly stating that the will not work. You get paid whether you work or not. What do you do with someone who will not work? Well my instinct would be to walk away. AOC will gleefully pay the slacker on request, Everybody gets paid. And with 70%-plus of subsidy coming  from the 1% of high earners. Listen to Dan Bongino, eviscerate her pie in the sky thinking..

MS. Cortez , still riding the crest of the wave of socialist fever that she has triggered in the more mindless democrats. Some are the old-timers like Pelosi or Schumer, longtime fixtures around congress and possessing of no wisdom past, “Duh if I give them something they will vote for me.” Ms. Cortez, full of piss and vinegar is feeling her oats, and is kicking and farting all over the palatial pastures of the District of Columbia like a rambunctious yearling. But I can let a plebe be a plebe for a while. I do so enjoy the dissent and damnation she is breeding in those Dems who still have a few weak signals wafting through their styrofoam brains…..

My Bad?

The  former acting director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe,  just revealed  conversations he and other FBI had concerning the 25th amendment being used to oust  the POTUS from office. However, the 25th does not apply to any act of treason or malfeasance and could not be used to harm this president.  It is obvious in the language of the Amendment. The 25th amendment was installed to deal with a president who, by physical or psychological disease cannot fulfill their duties as president.  Mcabe did, however, reveal that the idea of a coup d’état had become water cooler talk amoung he and his cohorts. It is rather disturbing that this man did not fear any consequences following this disclosure. Does it speak to the depth of his delusion that most Americans sing chorus behind him? Or is he just stupid. For this admission is in essence a confession of hatching a plot for a coup! I think it is just stupidity. A fifth grader can read the amendment and tell you it is reserved for debilitating physical or mental conditions that would make the execution of his duties as president impossible. But the director of the premier investigative organization, the Federal Bureau  of Investigation, could not get it right. STUPID!
