Very few actual spiritual disciplines are mentioned in the Koran, most of the text is devoted to sundry daily behaviors that impart no other spiritual dictum than prohibition of various unacceptable behaviors. It’s a mans religion! You can beat your wife, rape captive women after you’ve killed their husband (Mohammad did this one), kill your family for dishonors real or imagined. Or, if your an Islamic male you can do anything you want to anyone of lower status than you, (males younger than you and women of any type). Baby if your a guy, this Buds for you!
Of course you don’t get killed over a new idea in any other major religion!!.
