On the occasions that I have heard Tulsi Gabbard speak I heard a woman with her feet on ground and her words had iron. From the left she has recently crossed party lines and is addressing the POTUS concerning a couple of people she wants to have  pardoned The politics of the incarcerated.  is a sticky wicket . But Ms Gabbard  does refer to the “deep state”. This indicates two things…..she admits to the existence of the deep state, and she doesn’t feel like she is part of the deep state .These days, feeling like an outsider is a good sign of an individual with an honest character.
