If you want to ask a lot of simple questions about anything other than the Kardashians and get consistent “Duh I dunno” answers just go to any institution of higher learning the the U.S.. Maybe it’s the Unionization of faculty and commensurate adoption of the Progressive platform or a sudden mass stupefaction of teachers across the board.  The fact still remains that American currently falls behind most countries in the developed world in academic achievement in several areas.
