It is a very balanced article, quite reasonable to the prejudice of all sides. But it  is just this innocuous appearance that infuses the action with power. I point to this story as a very clear example of legislation through regulation. If they can’t get laws changed to kill Christmas, they will regulate Christmas to death through draconian operating strictures  Legislation without the drudgery of checking with the voters.
